Our next stop was at a Sports and Athletics school - actually an Olympic training center which is still part of the National School System. We met with the Principal, several staff and spoke to students about their school. The sport of focus at this school is Sampo - a self defense technique that might look like Judo to someone not familiar with the sport. Dozens of national champions and more than a handful of world champion Sampo competitors graduated from this school.
